Stand Design

We will work with you to ensure we obtain a detailed brief before designing your stand. This includes information such as your stand requirements, site size, orientation and marketing objectives. From your initial brief we create a stand design that meets your exact requirements and budget.

When designing and building the stand we have the client’s interest at heart. In many cases our stands are constructed in modular sections allowing them to be reused in different formations at future shows.

For each client we supply a set of designs ranging from a line drawing, which shows your material and sizes, to a three dimensional colour visual. All of these help to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new exhibition stand before proceeding to construction.

Stand Manufacture

Our experienced carpenters and joiners will build your stand to the exact specifications set out in the stand design. All of our stands are built in our workshop using the latest technology available. We always provide a high quality and professional finish for all of our stands.

Project Management

Our project managers are on hand to make sure every step of the exhibition process runs smoothly. We will coordinate everything from the initial stand design, build and the ordering of the show services. Through to the logistics, implementation and breakdown after the show.

Installation & Dismantling

A key element to exhibiting successfully at a show is the installation. We have over 25 years’ experience of installing stands across the UK and overseas, large and small. We will liaise with the organisers to ensure your stand is approved. Method statements and risk assessments are submitted, exhibition services are booked and logistics are arranged.

Our on-site team are all highly experienced carpenters and joiners and truly understand the exhibition industry, resulting in the knowledge that your stand will be built so that it is practical, safe and adheres to exhibition regulations. We pride ourselves on the fact that our stands are always built on time to the highest standard possible.

After the show our team will breakdown your stand professionally ensuring that all elements are safely packed and stored for reuse.

Freight forwarding/logistics

Whether exhibiting in the UK or overseas, First Impressions Exhibitions will ensure that your stand arrives safely at your exhibition. We run our own fleet of vehicles and work with trusted partners for European transportation. If shipping overseas we will also handle customs clearance.

Storage Facilities

First Impressions offer onsite storage facilities to our clients. If required we will pack away and store your stand safely on our premises until it is required again. Our storage facilities are perfect for companies that don’t have their own space. This also reduces transport fees and the risk of damage each time it is required for a show.

Exhibition Services

First impressions can manage the process of booking all the onsite services required for the show. Typical exhibition services include carpet, electrics, furniture hire, AV hire and graphics.
